Lead Electrical QA/QC Engineer to support large-scale mission-critical projects across multiple European sites.
About the role
We’re recruiting Electrical QA/QC team members, from mid-level to Lead positions, to ensure top-tier quality control standards in industrial cable installation projects. You’ll work on a rotational schedule—3 weeks on-site, followed by 1 week off—allowing for a healthy work-life balance. These roles are pivotal in delivering excellence across cutting-edge initiatives in a fast-growing sector.
Key responsibilites
- Perform detailed inspections of low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) cable installations, terminations, and glandings to guarantee compliance and quality.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records using innovative digital tools and platforms.
- Partner with clients and contractors to deliver QA inspection reports on schedule.
- Address equipment-related challenges to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and construction teams to resolve issues and implement effective solutions.
- Share best practices and ensure consistent quality standards throughout project phases.
- Support regular audits, team briefings, and project communications.
- Oversee QA tasks to ensure timely completion aligned with project milestones.
