No. Your CV or profile is never shared with a client without your explicit approval and a clear understanding of the role and organisation involved.
Do you only work with active jobseekers?
No. Many of the candidates we work with are not actively looking. We regularly speak with professionals who are open to the right opportunity at the right time.
What happens if I decide not to move roles?
There is no obligation to proceed. We respect your decision and are always happy to maintain a long-term professional relationship.
